About - LetLands

LetLands is the new name for Kank Property Rentals / Trax Rentals, our lettings management agency.  Founded in 2002, our business has grown organically and has gone through several material changes.  We started off without a proper name, just letting out properties one at a time.  In 2008 we created a separate business for this, named Trax Rentals to integrate with the parent company, the Trax Global group.  In 2014 we changed the name to create a new short sharp brand image, Kank.  We changed our brand to LetLands in 2018, after merging with a similar agency.    

We started off exclusively renting out our own properties, and recently have taken on the project of renting out the properties of a close associate.  We advertise on our own website, as well as on several other leading property-leasing sites.
